A$TEAM Apparel Return Policy
At A$TEAM Apparel, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. To facilitate this process, we have developed the following comprehensive return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only items purchased directly from A$TEAM Apparel's official website or authorized retailers are eligible for returns.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. Any items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • Customers have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Undergarments

  • Swimwear

  • Items marked as final sale

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer that we have received the returned item.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. Exchange Process

  • If a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size or color, they can indicate their preference when requesting the RMA number.

  • The exchanged item will be shipped out once the original item is received and inspected.

7. Quality Guarantee

  • We stand behind the quality of our products. If a customer receives a defective or damaged item, they must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
